Υπόθεση:
Umesh Kulkarni’s »Girni« (»The Grinding Machine«) introduces Samir, his widowed mother and grandfather who have lost their mental peace to the noisy grinding machine that provides their livelihood.
Ten-year-old Samir becomes increasingly aware of his oppressive existence, as he is forced to eke out a living working on a grinding machine.
After her husband died, Samir’s mother buys a grinding machine in order to make a living. Initially fascinated by the machine, her son starts getting irritated by its noise. He tries to destroy the machine to regain his childhood.
